Whether you have been part of the launch of a new ship previously or will be experiencing this incredible feat for the first time, you can expect to be proud of the contribution you will make in this new chapter for Disney Cruise Line. Being part of an opening team is hard, but necessary work, and we feel confident that you will find it worth it.
Will it take time for the Disney Adventure to reach full splendor? Yes, but we will train, and test our ideas and make changes as needed to achieve the excellence that Disney Cruise Line is known for. You will be instrumental to the success of our launch and the lifelong memories we will create for Guests during our Maiden Voyage in December, and for years to come.
Safety has always been and will continue to be a top priority for each of you, our Crew and Cast, our partners, and for our future Guests.
Upon arrival, you will attend training sessions to help you adapt to your new environment. Teamwork will be a key factor to our success, so please know you will not be alone. Your leaders, as well as fellow Crew members, will be there to offer guidance as you transition into your new life with DCL.
