If you are local to Port Canaveral and making your own way to the port, please arrive no later than 07:00 AM. Please meet at/outside the Crew gate at 07:15. You will meet the other embarking Crew and HR Team to go through normal embarkation protocol.
Please be dressed within the Disney Look guidelines.
Be sure you have your passport and medical and safety certificates placed in your hand luggage. This will ensure they are easily accessible as you are required to turn them in upon boarding the vessel.
You will need to contact the Crew Services Manager onboard prior to your embarkation day to gain clearance for long-term parking. You will receive a stamped parking pass with the approval for long-term parking, so you do not get towed. Parking locations and addresses for each of the terminals can be found below. If you have any questions or need assistance with this process, please contact us using the following link: Port Canaveral Parking Inquiry.
