If you are local to Port Canaveral and making your own way to the port, please arrive no later than 07:00 AM. Please meet at/outside the Crew gate at 07:15. You will meet the other embarking Crew and HR Team to go through normal embarkation protocol.

Please be dressed within the Disney Look guidelines.

Be sure you have your passport and medical and safety certificates placed in your hand luggage. This will ensure they are easily accessible as you are required to turn them in upon boarding the vessel.

For parking your own vehicle at the port, the following MUST be completed.

• You will first need to contact the Crew Services Manager onboard at least one week prior to your embarkation day to gain clearance for long-term parking.
• You will then be required to email the Canaveral Port Authority (CPA) via email at CMParking@portcanaveral.com with the Crew Services Manager in copy, at least one week before embark, including the following information:
  • Full Name
  • Contact Information (Phone & Email)
  • Cruise Line / Ship Name
  • Contract Start and End Dates
  • Vehicle License Plate Number
  • Vehicle Make, Model, and Color
  • Estimated Arrival Date and Time
• The Canaveral Port Authority (CPA) staff will review the information and advise if additional information is needed or if approval has been granted. If approval is granted, you will receive an email with the following information:
  • A parking map specific to the terminal
  • CPA Parking Disclaimer information
  • Arrival day instructions, including who to contact on embarkation morning
