If you are driving to Port Everglades or being dropped off on the morning of embarkation, please arrive no later than 07:00 AM. Please meet at/outside the Crew entrance at Terminal 4 at 07:00 AM. You will meet the other embarking Crew and HR Team to go through normal embarkation protocol.

If you plan to park onsite, you will need to go to the Port Everglades ID office prior to the day of your embarkation. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You will need to provide your vehicle description (Tag #, make, model, and color of vehicle) and a copy of your Crew Member ID badge and Crew contract. The Crew parking lot is in a dedicated and signed portion of the Port Everglades Cell Phone Lot, which is located on the corner of Eisenhower Blvd and SE 28th St. The cell phone lot is prominently signed for your convenience.

Please be dressed within the Disney Look guidelines.

Be sure you have your passport and medical and safety certificates placed in your hand luggage. This will ensure they are easily accessible as you are required to turn them in upon boarding the vessel.
