Updating Your Home Address
To update your home address, as well as your email and/or cell phone number, submit your update directly through Workday by visiting the Home Contact Information page.
Please note:
- Your address must start with a letter or number. Special characters such as #, @, -, and * are not permitted at the beginning of an address field.
- Depending on the type of change submitted, updated information may not be visible until approved by Human Resources (HR).
- After updating personal data you may receive an email confirming that a recent change was made to your personal information on file.
Required Documentation for Address Changes
If your home address is changing within your country of residence, please provide a document showing your name and full address, such as:
- State ID
- Driver’s License
- Bank Statement
- Deed or Mortgage
- Utility Bill
If your home address is changing outside your country of residence, please provide one of the documents above and government‑issued proof of residence, such as:
- Visa (must confer permanent residency)
- Residence Card (must confer permanent residency)
- Other proof of ability to reside in the new country without special authorization (e.g. EEC Residents)
If your home airport is changing, please include a note in the comments field confirming which airport you would like listed as your home airport, so that future travel bookings can be updated accurately. Please see below for an example of where to find the "Description" field when submitting your supporting documentation.
Updating Home Airport Only (No Address Change)
Crew Members who would like to update their home airport without changing their home address can submit a request using the digital Change of Airport form available in Form Central on the Crew Support site.
This option applies when a different airport local to the home address is more convenient. The selected airport must align with the home address on file.
