Once you have landed at Victoria International Airport, please make your way to the luggage carousels. Once you have collected your bags, you should find the Port Agent’s representative waiting at the International Arrivals gate to provide ground transfers.
Lost Luggage? If your luggage is lost, you must file a missing luggage claim with the airlines before leaving the airport. If possible when submitting your claim, please provide the Port Agent’s address:

- Keep all of your boarding passes until you receive your luggage.
- When purchasing any items you may need before your luggage reaches you, ensure to keep each receipt for claiming back with the airline.
- Please advise the Crew Office of any lost luggage so you can be further assisted.
The Port Agent has been advised of your scheduled arrival and will provide transfers to the vessel and yard access.
