Using the SeaCare Crew Portal for Submitting Health Records
SeaCare Crew Health
Disney Cruise Line uses the SeaCare Crew Health portal for Crew to submit health records to the Medical Services team.
Please access the SeaCare Crew portal, prior to starting a contract, to upload and submit vaccine records, pre-employment medical exams and certificates (PEMEs), and any additional test results (as needed). The SeaCare Crew portal allows for faster processing of medical documents and provides Crew with the option to view the status of their documents via the portal. This will eliminate the need for multiple inquiries on the status of documents. After submitting medical documents, Crew will receive email notifications when their documents have been reviewed and processed.
Register for a SeaCare Crew portal account
Crew Members, both those currently on contract and at home, are strongly encouraged to register for a SeaCare Crew portal account before their next contract if you have not already done so. Crew Members may create an account by visiting the SeaCare Crew portal website: https://dcl.seacarecrew.tritansoft.com
To complete account registration, Crew will need the following information:
- Email address on file with DCL
- Crew ID/Perner
- Date of birth
