☑ Check out before 06:45 AM. ​

☑ Complete the Health Questionnaire Form (yellow paper received from Front Desk). If you select “yes” to any question on this questionnaire, do not leave your room and contact the DCL Medical Team at: +1-407-566-3605.

☑ A breakfast buffet will be available on select embarkation mornings (April 4, 11, 18, 25 and May 2, 8) at Bay Tower Lounge from 5:30 AM to 6:45 AM.  For crew embarking on other dates, breakfast will be available in the restaurant beginning at 6:00 AM. Please be sure to make time to enjoy breakfast before getting on the bus.

New Hires: Please wear your name tag on embarkation morning to breakfast and to the port.

Returning Crew: Please bring your name tag to breakfast on embarkation morning to identify yourself as a Disney Cruise Line Crew Member.

☑ Please do NOT leave trash on the bus.​

☑ You must stop at the front desk to check out in person. You are responsible for paying any additional charges you signed to your room. ​

☑ After check-out, proceed to the pickup location to board the bus. The pick-up will be on Harbor Island Drive near the front of Bay Tower. Once you have exited the hotel, please exit to the right and down the walkway toward the sidewalk of the street. Please use caution to stay on the sidewalks and be mindful of any traffic on the street when approaching the bus.​

PLEASE DO NOT BE LATE FOR THE BUS! ​

Please be sure you have your passport and all safety certificates placed in your hand luggage. This will ensure they are easily accessible as you are required to turn them in upon boarding the vessel.​ ​

ALL Crew must dress within Disney Look guidelines.​
