Important information on restricted items: As you pack, it is important to be careful not to bring any prohibited items with you. Singapore maintains strict laws and regulations on bringing personal medications and cigarettes/tobacco products into the country. Prohibited substances such as chewing gums, vapes/electronic vape devices, cannabis and product containing cannabis extracts, are NOT allowed to be brought with you. Individuals attempting to bring restricted or prohibited items into Singapore are subject to serious penalties and you may be refused entry.
Yellow Fever Vaccine: Crew traveling from countries with risk of yellow fever transmission (regardless of area, city or region), or having traveled from these areas in the past six days prior to arrival in Singapore must produce a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate to the ICA officer upon arrival in Singapore. This requirement also applies to travelers who spent more than 12 hours in airport transit in these countries with risk of yellow fever transmission. When packing, please know that cabins on the Disney Adventure are equipped with 220-Volt type C and type G sockets. Please be sure to check the operating voltage on each of your electrical devices. Only devices that operate on 220V, or dual-voltage devices that indicate they operate between 110 and 220V, will be permitted. Voltage transformers (i.e. 110 V to 220V) are not allowed onboard.

All crew flying into Singapore are required to have a Singapore Arrival Card and a Sign-on Letter before traveling to Singapore to embark the Disney Adventure.
The Sign-on Letter will be provided to you by Immigration Compliance. If you do not receive your Sign-on Letter within 48 hours of your departure, please contact Immigration Compliance at dcl.immigration.compliance@disney.com.
It is critical that the Immigration Compliance team has your most up-to-date passport information on file in order to issue the letter. If you have renewed or replaced your passport recently, please be sure to upload a copy as soon as possible. If you encounter any challenges with uploading your document, please click the "Submit a Request" button at the top of this page to contact us for assistance.
To secure a Singapore Arrival Card please follow the below instructions. This process must be completed three days prior to your arrival in Singapore, including the day of arrival.
You will need to download the MyICA app on your phone. The app is available from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Follow the prompts in the app to submit your SGAC application for a Foreign Visitor.
- Enter your biographic and passport information
- Enter in your trip information from your itinerary
- Answer the health declarations
- Review your information.
- Submit.

Before You Travel
☑ Complete the Pre-Travel Checklist to ensure you have all of the documents you need to travel.
☑ Locate and bring your Returning Crew Letter. This may have been included in your debark packet at the end of your last contract, or if you received a digital copy by email, use your Crew Member ID number (PERNR) as the password to open the document and print a copy. If you need an updated letter, please click here to submit a request.
☑ Depending on the ship itinerary, location and the season you are sailing, temperatures can vary between warm, tropical climates to colder climates. Make sure to check the local weather prior to traveling to start your contract. A sweater or jacket is recommended for cooler temperatures.
☑ Log in to view your itinerary periodically, especially in the days prior to your departure, to be aware of any changes. Check with the airline for updates or travel advisories. Check with your airline and destination's embassy if health info, departure testing, or other documents specific to your nationality are required to board your flight as well as successfully arrive at your final destination without travel interruptions or delays.
☑ Crew Members are required to disclose any change in medical condition or medication regiment after completing the Pre-Employment Medical Evaluation (PEME) form, no matter how minor. Additionally, Crew Members are required to disclose all medications they are taking, including those acquired over-the-counter. Some medications, such as headache tablets containing codeine, may be legal in your country (over-the-counter) but prohibited elsewhere and not permitted on DCL vessels.
To report a change in medical condition or over-the-counter medications, please contact DCL-Crew.Medical.Services@disney.com. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action including termination.
