Before You Travel
☑ Complete the Pre-Travel Checklist to ensure you have all of the documents you need to travel.
☑ Locate and bring your Returning Crew Letter. This may have been included in your debark packet at the end of your last contract, or if you received a digital copy by email, use your Crew Member ID number (PERNR) as the password to open the document and print a copy. If you need an updated letter, please click here to submit a request.
Lost Luggage? If necessary, complete a lost luggage claim with your airline before departing the airport. If possible when submitting your claim, please provide the Port Agent’s address:
Please use the address above for lost luggage only. If you would like to have packages delivered to the ship, please see the Crew Services office onboard for the address to use for shipping.
- Keep all of your boarding passes until you receive your luggage.
- When purchasing any items you may need before your luggage reaches you, ensure to keep each receipt for claiming back with the airline.
- After you embark, please advise the Crew Office of any lost luggage so you can be further assisted.

Getting to Crowne Plaza Changi Airport
Crowne Plaza Changi Airport is located at Terminal 3 of Singapore Changi Airport.
It takes approximately 3 minutes to walk from Terminal 3 Arrival Hall to our hotel.
To Jewel: Terminal 3 (next to Crowne Plaza Level 2 entrance) via the link bridges.
By Skytrain: Terminals 1, 2 and 3 are connected by complimentary Skytrain service in both the public and transit areas.
