How do I change or reset my password?
You can change your password by visiting this URL: myid.disney.com.
1. Click on “Forgot/Change My Password”
2. Enter your Company Assigned ID (not your e-mail address) and your full last name, then click Next.
3. Answer the security questions you set up when registering for your MyID account.
Note: You may receive a message to let you know your registration needs to be completed. In that case, click the link and follow the prompts.
- You will be required to re-enter your Company Assigned ID and Last Name.
- You will also be asked to create security questions.
When asked to provide contact information for your One Time Password (OTP), be sure to provide your e-mail address and not your phone number as international phone numbers do not always work
4. Confirm your identity using the following access information:
- Employee ID Number (PERNR)
- Month and date of birth as a number in the format MMDD: For example, July 17 would be 0717.
- City of Residence
5. Enter and confirm your new password.
Your password must be at least 16 characters long and conform to Disney password security requirements as indicated on the registration page.
Once completed, you can close the MyID browser page and navigate to the HUB at castlife.disney.com. Sign in with your Company Assigned ID and your newly created password.
