How do I change or reset my password?
You can change your password by visiting this URL: https://myid.disney.com/
1. Click on “Forgot/Change My Password”
2. Enter your Company Assigned ID (not your personal e-mail address) and click "Next". If you do not know your user ID, please fill out this form for assistance.
4. Confirm your identity using one of the authentication methods presented.

Once you are able to access your account, we encourage you to to enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication by managing your security settings at https://sso.myid.disney.com/. For more information, please see this article.
5. Enter and confirm your new password.
Your password must be at least 16 characters long and meet all of Disney password security requirements as indicated on the registration page. If an error appears after entering your passwords, the passwords entered may not match or may not meet requirements.
Once completed, you can close the MyID browser page and navigate to castlife.disney.com. Sign in with your Company Assigned ID and your newly created password.
We recommend that you check your Multi-factor authentication methods to keep these updated as they may be required to access certain systems or for future account resets, if needed.
