Disney Cruise Line has launched a new self-service portal for Crew Members called Crew Compass, to streamline the contract and onboarding process.
Crew Compass is a mobile-friendly platform that streamlines the onboarding experience by clearly outlining any required actions, allowing Crew to upload and manage documents digitally, and providing centralized access to essential HR and travel information.
Crew Members have access to the following features and resources:
- Real-time Updates & Support – View current contract details and access support resources anytime. New updates and tasks are added regularly.
- Contract eSignature – Sign contracts securely via DocuSign – no printing or scanning required. This streamlined process saves time and supports Disney Cruise Line’s commitment to the environment.
- Document Collection – Crew Members can easily upload essential documents like passports, visas, and certifications on a desktop computer or mobile device. You will be prompted to upload required documents, or you can submit
- Certificate of Employment – For C1/D visa renewals, crew will be provided with a letter to present to the United States embassy. The embassy will be able to validate Disney Cruise Line employment using a secure online portal with the details from this letter.
- Travel Itineraries – Crew Members can view flight and hotel bookings with itineraries and reservation details.
To log in, visit https://compass.dclcrewsupport.com/
On the login screen, click the button that says "Log in with MyID".
You will then be prompted to log in using your MyID account. Please see the resources below if you have challenges with logging in using your MyID account.
Contract Electronic Signature
You are now able to sign documents using electronic signatures. This means you can review and sign digitally — no printing, scanning, or mailing required! You’ll receive an email from Disney Cruise Line via DocuSign with a secure link to your document. Simply click the link, review the content, and sign electronically.
Alternately, you can access the documents through your Crew Compass portal. We encourage you to log in to your Crew Compass account to view any tasks that have been assigned or any documents that require your attention, especially if you receive notifications by email.
DocuSign links sent by email are valid for 7 days from delivery or 48 hours after you first view the document, or the document will be available in your Crew Compass profile for 30 days. As soon as you have received your contract, please review it, and if you have any questions about the details listed in the document, please speak with your Leader immediately. If you are not on board, please submit a request using the form on this page for assistance.
Travel Itineraries
Once a travel itinerary has been booked by the DCL Crew Travel team, you should be able to view it in Crew Compass. From the main menu (the button in the top left corner showing three stacked horizontal lines ≡), select "My Travel". On this page you will see the itinerary details, including flight departure and arrival times, ticket number(s) and airline reference number(s). You will also see details of your hotel booking. If you have multiple travel plans, such as an End of Contract travel departing from the ship and a Start of Contract travel for your next contract, you will be able to switch through the tabs on this page to view all of the details. We encourage you to continue to check back here periodically, especially in the days as your travel date approaches, for the most up-to-date information. Please also use the airline reference number to check in with the airline or link the itinerary to your personal account with the airline, if available, as this will allow you to see the most up-to-date information on the airline's website or app as well.
