Crew who will be working on the Disney Wonder while the ship is sailing in New Zealand will need to hold a New Zealand Electronic Travel Authority (NZeTA).
New Zealand eTAs are typically valid for five years for crew members, so if you received one for last year's Australia season, your visa may still be valid. You can see if you have a valid visa using this tool on the New Zealand Government's official immigration website.
If you do not yet have an eTA, the Crew Office will provide you with additional details regarding the application process. The Immigration Compliance team will complete the application for all Crew Members employed by Disney Cruise Line who will require this visa type.
Once you have obtained any required visas, please upload a copy using the DCL Document Upload tool.
If you have any questions about a visa application or requirement, please contact the Immigration Compliance team via email at DCL.Immigration.Compliance@disney.com.
If you have questions about your schedule or contract, please contact the Labor team.
