Renewing Your Medical
You must schedule your medical renewal appointment within 1 week of returning home.
Crew Members who do not submit their medical renewal at least 30 days prior to their return date may have their contract suspended or canceled.
- Disney Cruise Line uses the SeaCare Crew portal to submit health records to the Medical Services team. This portal allows faster processing of medical documents.
-
Crew Members must register by creating an account at https://dcl.seacarecrew.tritansoft.com/ and upload their completed medical for review by the Medical Services team.
- Physicians or clinics who are already a SeaCare provider are able to upload documents on the Crew Member’s behalf to the Sea Care Provider Portal.
-
If your uploaded medical is rejected, please be sure to login into the SeaCare Crew Portal to read the reason for the rejection. This will expedite the corrections process.
- Crew Members with questions about the SeaCare Crew portal, please email: DCL.SeaCare@disney.com.
- For questions related to health records or documents, please contact DCL Medical Services: DCL-Crew.Medical.Services@disney.com

Note: If you are an MTO Officer or Crew Member that requires a National Medical, please do not upload your medical directly into SeaCare. Instead, follow your designated submission process. For additional questions about the National Medical submission process, please email DCL.MTO.National.Seafarers.Medical@disney.com.
Reminder: If you experience any delays in scheduling your medical renewal appointment, please email dcl.shipboard.scheduling@disney.com to inform your Labor Manager.
Crew Members are required to disclose any change in medical condition or medication regiment after completing the Pre-Employment Medical Evaluation (PEME) form, no matter how minor. Additionally, Crew Members are required to disclose all medications they are taking, including those acquired over-the-counter. Some medications, such as headache tablets containing codeine, may be legal in your country (over-the-counter) but prohibited elsewhere and not permitted on DCL vessels.
To report a change in medical condition or over-the-counter medications, please contact DCL-Crew.Medical.Services@disney.com. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action including termination.
