All Crew and Cast Members are now required to login using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) when attempting to access SAP or Workday and their related applications when using a personal device or while at home. We encourage that you register as soon as possible as this will also be helpful should you need to reset your MyID account password.
- Failure to complete MFA enrollment will result in loss of access to SAP and Workday applications from outside the Disney network.
- Crew must use MFA to update their home address, phone number, or email address, dependents, view paystubs and many other work related processes.
- Crew and Cast will still be able to access SAP or Workday applications without MFA from a company device inside the Disney network.
Enrolling in Okta Verify for the first time
- From a laptop or desktop computer, navigate to your MyID account security settings at https://sso.myid.disney.com/enduser/settings
-
Sign in with your Company-Assigned ID and the associated
password. - Select "Security methods" or "Manage security methods". Under the Okta Verify option, click "Set up".
- You will then see instructions for setting up Okta Verify.
- On your mobile device, download the Okta Verify app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
-
Open the Okta Verify app. In the top-right corner, click the + icon, then
click Organization. - Click "Add Account from Another Device", then click "Scan QR Code".
- Scan the QR code on your computer screen with your mobile device's camera.
-
Once the scan is complete, you may have the option to enable Face ID. This is
optional, so you can click "Enable" or "Not Now" to continue. Additionally, you may be asked to enable push notifications by selecting "Allow" or "Skip". If so, we recommend selecting "Allow", as this makes logging in easier since you don't have to open the Okta Verify app. Note: Enabling Face ID is strongly encouraged as it will add an extra layer of security to your account. - Congratulations! You have successfully completed the one-time enrollment for MFA with Okta Verify!
Managing your Multi-Factor Authentication methods
You can manage your Multi-Factor Authentication methods by visiting https://sso.myid.disney.com/enduser/settings. If you get a new mobile device, please log in and update this as soon as possible. When logging in, sign in using one of the MFA options already have set up. You will then be taken to your Okta Dashboard. Under settings, select "Security Methods" where you can set up new methods or remove existing ones, as needed.
If you no longer have access to any of your Multi-Factor Authentication methods, please visit the Technology office (onboard) or speak with your Leader (Island Cast) for further assistance, as you will need to complete a process to validate your identity in order to set up a new authentication method for your account.
