Travel Profile Form
Use this form for travel preferences you'd like us to consider every time your travel is booked. Options include:
- Matching travel with another Crew Member.
- Arriving two days before embarkation if your flight would otherwise land after 7 p.m. *Visa restrictions and limitations may apply.
- Requesting a preferred airline for all your travel.
- Suggesting an alternate airport if your home airport has limited availability.
Important Notes
- Existing travel profiles remain on file and will be considered for all future travel. Only submit a new form if your preferences have changed.
- This form is not for specific travel date requests.
- Preferences are considered based on available flight schedules and cost. You can authorize a certain amount you’re willing to pay to support a preference.
Itinerary Preference Form
Use this form for travel preferences that apply to just one specific itinerary. For example:
- Request a specific flight plan, or a preferred arrival or departure time.
- For return travel, depart from an airport other than your home airport or arrive on a certain date.
- Note, Disney Cruise Line covers lodging and meal costs only for the night before your embarkation.
- Visa restrictions and limitations may apply.
Preferences must be submitted at least 7 weeks prior to debarkation to be considered. If you have questions, please review the resources on this site or visit the Crew Office.

Need to update your email address, home address, or phone number? Please log in to Workday to make these changes. For more information, please see this article. Keeping your information updated ensures you receive timely communication, especially when you’re not onboard.

If your home address is not changing but there is a different airport that is closer and more convenient to your home, please use this form to let us know. Please know that flights that have already been booked may not be able to be changed. Once validated, your new home airport will be used when travel is booked at the start and end of each contract.
