If you have any questions about submitting a travel preference, please review the resources on this site or speak with the Crew Office onboard.
Travel Profile Form
This form can be submitted for preferences that you would like to be considered on an ongoing basis whenever travel is booked for you. For example,
- If you would like to match travel with another Crew Member.
- If you would like to arrive two days prior to embarkation if your flight would otherwise land after 7 p.m. *Visa restrictions and limitations may apply.
- If there is a certain airline you would prefer each time you travel
- If there is an alternate airport you would like to be used when there is limited availability from your home airport
Travel profiles previously submitted will remain on file and will be considered for all future travel; it is not necessary to make a new submission unless your preferences have changed. This form should not be used for requests for a specific date.
Preferences will be considered based on the available flight schedules and cost. You may authorize a certain amount that you are willing to pay to support a preference.
Itinerary Preference Form
This form can be submitted for preferences that apply for a single itinerary. For example:
- If there is a specific flight plan that you would prefer, or a preferred arrival or departure time.*
- For return travel, if you would like to travel from an airport other than your home airport or arrive on a certain date.* Note, lodging and meal costs will be covered by Disney Cruise Line only for the night prior to your embarkation.*Visa restrictions and limitations may apply.
Please visit the Crew Office if you have any questions about the process to submit your preferences and be sure these are submitted at least 7 weeks prior to debark to be considered
